F1 eSports how to participate
To participate in the F1 Esport Series, a championship where the best virtual drivers in the world compete for a large final prize pool, you must participate in the preliminary qualifications. To do this, you just need to have a PlayStation Network , Xbox live or Steam account and own a copy of the latest F1. At this point it will be necessary to register for the qualification events (even if on different platforms, everyone will have the same conditions for everyone).
In the end, each candidate will receive a score , derived from several factors such as clean driving (i.e. without touching other drivers or cutting) but also the selected difficulty and the number of aids used. This will lead to the second phase , a mini championship called the Challenger Series . Here the best 7 drivers for each platform (therefore 21) will be invited to the Pro-Draft and at the end of the entire selection process, the 10 Formula 1 teams will be able to choose their virtual drivers in turn. Each team will choose one rider out of 30 remaining . In the end, therefore, only 10 will be able to participate in the F1 Esports Series.
